46% Grenache, 28% Mourvédre, 24% Cinsault and 2% Syrah

A veritable top Provence style rosé? I believe it. For the first time, we 100% cluster pressed and mostly cofermented. When we say directly pressed right after the picking, we mean that we stop our press cycle right in the middle to keep the structure of the juice and the color very refine. With close to a third of Cinsault it helps to provide the aromatics, finesse and spiciness. The 2018 is super elegant on the palate with a beautiful acidity. It can be aged for 3 years but I would personally open the bottle and drink it now. Best served at 60F.
