Grenache, Mourvèdre, & Syrah
Westside Paso Robles

Harmonie is our take on a Chateauneuf-du-pape style wine. The blend is very harmonious between Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah. After years of dialing the blend down with less Syrah, we’ve landed on a Grenache heavy blend that is fruity, spicy and incredibly aromatic. The Mourvèdre brings some power and the Syrah adds beautiful color, structure, and tannin. The grapes are sourced from a selection of 15 plots on the Westside of Paso Robles in the Willow Creek District, with a mixture of limestone and shale soil. Aged in almost all 400-liter barrels of used French oak, with a tiny percentage of new French oak for the Syrah. Our goal is to focus on Grenache with super great layers and complexities from the soil.
