"I love those who can smile in trouble." -Leonardo da Vinci

From a French point of view

Exercise, eat and sleep this is my own theory but exercise physically and intellectually by moving your body and working either at your job or at home with any errands you are running planning for the next dinner, organizing the house is an intellectual and physical exercise but remember to push your body a little by focusing on working out your muscles: upper body, lower body and core. Then you can enjoy a nice meal paired with a glass of wine. Reward yourself by eating healthy and taking care of you with a good night sleep.

So for today do we find an online 15 minutes work out? You have plenty of choices on you tube. Once done let's plan our dinner. What about slicing some potatoes, spread them on a baking sheet, sprinkle olive oil as well as a 1/2 water, salt and bake for 40 minutes at 420 F. If you have other veggies like carrots, broccoli you can slice them and add them to the potatoes. Now regarding the proteins you have a piece of meat you can barbecue, a steak or even some chicken. If you prefer to cook an egg go for it this would be my choice. But any kind of fish also would be delicious. And if you prefer to skip the protein for this dinner just enjoy the baked vegetables and have cheeses afterward.

As for my wine pairing a red, either a Syrah it is a great pairing with meat, if you are more incline to have fish a GSM (Grenache, Syrah and Mourvѐdre) will be more mellow.

You have a sweet tooth? Two square of dark chocolate will end this dinner well.

"I love wine, cheese and chocolate, they're a pleasure and an important part of living."
