The Entire Collection
Our Provençal rosé, with just a hint of color is aromatically layered, dry with no sign of sweetness, and desinged to please at any occasion. We chose and farmed blocks specifically for rosé at John Wolf, David Field, Adelaida and Caelasta Vinayards in Templeton. Harvested at a lower brix, this wine emulates bright, vibrant acidity to make you dream of summers in France.
It was aged for three months in a stainless steel tank without malolactic fermentation. This beauty will age for 2 to 4 years with an optimum drinking in 1 to 2 years at an ideal temperature to serve at 52°F.

Our white rhône blend is a lovely on its own; Crisp, very balanced, a great length and a stunning complexity of aromas. Often times, we hear it is a white wine for red drinkers. We’ve sourced 1/3 of the grapes from our estate and the remainder from Glenrose, Adelaida, and James Berry Vineyards. It was aged for 5 months in 300L barrels made of 25% new oak. An elegant white wine that can be aged up to 10 years with an optimum drinking window between 3 to 6 years and ideal temperature to serve at 52°F.

En Coulisse - Members Only
This fruit was picked at Bien Nacido Vineyards in Santa Maria Valley, where it is cooler and ripens late, in mid-October. About 20% of this wine experienced malolactic fermentation due to the high acidity in this vintage. Only 4 barrels made with one being new oak, this wine is a beauty. It’s a little fuller on the palate than the past vintage, it has great minerality with a super long finish, maybe the best we have done since the beginning!
- 100% Chardonnay

Fleur de Solène
Made for my wife and my muse, Solène. One of her wishes for our portfolio, is to feature a wine that tastes great from the moment it is bottled and could age potentially for a decade. It greets you smoothly, with silky, chalky tannins and an elegant mineral finish, promising to age nicely. The Cabernet Sauvignon showcased from our estate and Brecon Estates, withthe Syrah and Grenache farmed from Lara’s Vineyard and Niner Estate. It was aged in 40% new oak for 16 months in a mix of 225L and 400L barrels. The optimum cellaring can be up to 8 to 10 years, but designed to have earlier drinkability due to the well refined tanins. If you open it young decant this wine about 4 to 5 hours before opening. The ideal temperature to serve is 58°F to 60°F.
- 54% Syrah, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Grenache
An ode to my French heritage and old world roots, our harmonious Châteauneuf du Pape blend envelops the aromas of Grenache and very elegant tannins on the mid-palate that will help this wine age for a decade or more. Half of the blend comes from our estate and half from Lara’s Vineyard, Dusi, and G2 ( West Side Willow Creek AVA). To maintain a traditional and delicate approach to respect the delicacy of the Grenache, it was aged in larger neutral barrels and only 15% new oak for 16 months. The optimum cellaring 8 to 12 years, but this bright blend could be open in the next 3 years. The ideal temperature to serve with a 3 to 4 hours decanting will be around 60°F.
- 71% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre & 14% Syrah
Hommage à nos Pairs Reserve
The 2018 Hommage à nos pairs Reserve, the first red we made back in 2008, a tribute to my mentors, is a cofermented Syrah with a hint of Grenache and Viognier. Coming from the finest terroirs in the Willow Creek area, it has 5% of our first Estate fruits. After a decade of making this blend we know the perfect ripeness to pick the fruits, the perfect winemaking to get the complexity of the aromatic with the full and long mouthfeel, and a velvety and mineral finish.
The optimum cellaring approach the 15 years on the 2018. Ideal to open after 3 years with a decanting of 6 hours minimum at ideal temperature of 58F.
- 95% Syrah, 2% Grenache, 3% Viognier
Cuvée Jean - Members Only
Opportunities are not to be overlooked and Guillaume’s thought is that it is of no consequence which appellation the fruit is from, as long as it produces a wine with great complexity and personality. Challenging the traditional winemaking, Guillaume seized upon the occasion to make a unique wine using the famed blocs Z and X from Bien Nacido Vineyards. Cuvée Jean, named after his son, is one of his greatest accomplishments!
- 97% Syrah and 3% Viognier
El Toro - Members Only
Inspired by the Spanish Priorat from Catalonia, Guillaume created, with James Berry Vineyard gobelet style Garnacha clone originally from Spain, a superb blend: El Toro. The elegant attack moves into a full-bodied mid-palate, then into an endless finish. A special blend waiting to become even more are-inspiring with time.
- 90% Garnacha, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Syrah
L'Insolent - Members Only
Completely barrel fermented and aged 100% in new oak for 21 months. I really feel we are between Saint Julien and Margaux, famous Bordeaux AVAs. The nose is super mineral, tobacco, cigar box, menthol; the texture is so elegant and long that make this wine approachable already but will age beautifully for two decades. It is where the elegance is met, just incredible!
- 80% Cabernet Sauvignon & 20% Petit Verdot
Sweet Clementine, our dessert wine, named and made after our daughter, Clémentine. Whether you like sweet wine or not, give this wine the chance to enchant your palate. It shows more wine characteristics than regular dessert wines and finishes just like a dry wine due to the balance of the sweetness. Accompanied with cheese or dessert or by itself, it will be the perfect ending for your dinner. It has aged in neutral oak for 16 months.
- 97% Grenache and 3% Syrah
